Serves 4 Calories: 523
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup white onion (fine chopped)
1 pound ground turkey
4 garlic cloves (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup fresh cilantro (fine chopped)
8 iceberg lettuce leaves
1 cucumber (diced)
2 cups radish sprouts
2 ripe avocados (cut into small cubes)
Directions:
1. Heat a medium size saute pan to medium-high heat. Add olive oil and onions and saute until onions are opaque. Then mix in turkey. Add garlic, salt and pepper, and blend ingredients into a mixture. After 2 minutes, turn off heat and blend in cilantro and cucumbers.
2. Open a lettuce leaf, fill with with 1/8 mixture, 1/8 radish sprouts, 1/8 avocado cubes, and then roll the leave closed. Repeat with other leaves and serve.

Cilantro acts as a cleansing agent and helps remove heavy metals and toxins from the body. The oil can also help with digestion by producing digestive enzymes.
