Vegetable broth or water – approx 2 cups. Use more as necessary.

1-­ cup fresh spinach

½ Cup broccoli
¼ Cup baby carrots
Few sprigs of curly parsley

Few sprigs of cilantro

1/2 diced organic lemon

Optional:

• 2 tbsp ground flaxseed/meal

In blender, slowly add ingredients till blended.

If juice is thick the next day, just add water.

Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Best when chilled.

 

Veggie Juice with Fruit or Honey (for those who need help drinking blended raw vegetables)

Same ingredients and instructions as above plus:

• 1 cup frozen strawberries/blueberries/or other favorite berries OR,

• 1 tsp honey or agave nectar
