BodyZenBalance classes offer a complete body workout in a circuit training style. Using weights, jump ropes, bands and balls, and more, we keep you moving, building strength and burning calories.

Open to men and women.

Mondays @ 5:15pm
Wednesdays @ 5:30 pm

Yogalates: 50 minutes. Fridays @ 8:30am
