1 dozen eggs (use more than desired amount in case of accidents)
Sea salt & pepper to taste (if desired)
Paprika & dill weed
Place eggs in a large pot and bring to boil. Then turn off heat and leave on stove for 20 minutes. Drain water and fill pot with cool water. Let sit for 15 minutes. Peel eggs. Fresh eggs will be harder to peel. Cut lengthwise.
Scoop out the yolk into a large bowl. Add desired amount of mayonnaise to desired consistency. Add in salt & pepper if desired.
Scoop the mixture into the eggs. Sprinkle with paprika and dill weed.
Chill. Serve cold.
